Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Because our products ship from overseas suppliers, delivery then takes about 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship to my area?
We currently ship within Canada. If you're outside Canada and want to order, email us at support@trendcrate.online and we'll see what we can do.
How much is shipping?
Calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders over $75 ship free.
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is that normal?
Yes. International tracking often goes quiet for several days while a parcel is in transit between countries, then jumps forward once it clears customs. If it hasn't moved in 10+ days, email us and we'll chase it.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused items in their original packaging. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
My item arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect a return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been processed yet we can usually change or cancel it.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your card details.
